I don’t know if you guys are ready for this spicy/sweet gothic romantasy. I sure wasn’t but I was hooked as soon as I started reading this book. My first monstery/paranormal romance and I’m here for it. The trick with the tail 😏I highly recommend reading the triggar warnings for this book as wow a lot k!nky things (always here for it), some new things I learned, and so much more.
We meet Sariel, a daemon born in hell, who has been waiting for this Summoning for what feels like millennia. After a tragic loss, his parents refused to let him follow the Summoning to find his Soulbound across different realms. After pleading his case multiple times to his parents, Sariel has finally convinced them to let him go and find his Soulbound. Traveling across the realms finally getting closer to his one and only Sariel finds himself locked in a dungeon cell of a mad scientist.
Elowen has been living with Dr. Forsythe as his assistant for years. He is a very private man and doesn’t like to discuss his work with Elowen, so when he brought her down to the dungeon to take care of a man with wings, horns and tail, skin not the same colour as hers. She is caught off guard when she comes face to face with the man she has been dreaming about for the past three years.
The book was amazing, it’s not all about the spicy but wow is it really freaking good. Like I said before I learned that there are more k!nks out there and I’m here for it! I didn’t think I would get so hooked on the characters, their stories and backgrounds, but I need to know what happens after that cliffhanger!
