🖤We meet Harlan Madson, our feisty FMC who doesn’t take anyone’s shit. Stands up for herself, asking questions when others would look the other way. Maybe that’s how she ended up as a suspect in her ex’s murder. I loved Harlan, we both have that “fuck off what do you want” attitude. Only defence is she can hold her own at 5’11, while I’m here looking like I could still go trick or treating and no one would now that I’m actually almost 30 🤣
My life had never been stable enough, or so I explained. The truth was I’d learned early in life how getting too close to people was a great way to get screwed over. Trust was a fool’s game
with the life that she lived. I get why it would be hard to trust someone. Living a life of crime-even if she did climb her way out-it has a way of coming back. Back in the grasp of the life she left behind, hating every second of waiting in this grumpy club, hoping for this to end. She finds herself in the hands of Waldemar Forndaur.
🕶️Wald to me has the body of Jason Momoa mixed in with the style of John Lennon. with has probably the most interesting curse I’ve read about and how he got the curse on him in the first place. Yes, he is too cursed to kiss but it’s not just kissing, he can’t touch her at all. His family is fcking nuts, so many different strings and relationships. Take notes. I also loved the magic that he and his family have, each one a little different.

I feel everyone (manly females in my opinion) have had a terrible relationship with their body because of the media. We automatically assume a man or anyone we would be attracted to would never like the bigger girl.
Breaking the kiss, I tugged Wald up the stairs. “Come with me. I have things to do to you.”
“Are you reading my mind now?” Wald replied with that raw edge voice tremoring through me as he captured my lips again.
