What a thrilling little book of suspense and spice. A great combination if you ask me, with a splash of the dark side mixed in.

If you ever thought all your problems could be solved by burying them, remember there are psychos like Cole hanging out somewhere. We all need a psycho to make our bad decisions sound good. And Cole makes everything bad sound so, so good.

Queen was only supposed to be going to a party, little did she know she would unalive someone by accident. Assuming no one knew where they were or that no one saw them together, what else is Queenie to do but bury the man she killed. Using what she has on her -a shoe, she starts to dig his grave.

Heroes are supposed to show up wearing capes and masks to whisk you away from evil. This one showed up on a mask and a hoodie, ready to wreak havoc on my soul and discover the evil here.

Cole still can’t believe what he finds on his property. A dead body and a girl wearing a dress not fit for the weather trying to dig a grave. There is no way she would be able to make out what he looked like due to the mask covering his face, but that doesn’t stop Queenie from offering the one thing she can-her body – for his silence.

 She might be the trespasser here, but I’m the keeper and it’s by my blessing that she’ll leave instead of joining that man in this poorly dug grave
