Get Carving for Cara
As Halloween approaches, many of us are looking for ways to get into the spooky spirit. Whether it’s decorating our homes with fake cobwebs and skeletons, or binge-watching horror movies, there’s something about this time of year that makes us crave a good scare. Well, get ready to be thoroughly spooked with the new book, Carving for Cara. Spooky Halloween Themed Stalker Mind F**k?
This book is perfect for the spooky season, or if you’re a fan of all things stalkery, thrilling, and filled with blood and gore. From the very first page, this book will grab you and take you on a twisted journey that will leave you on the edge of your seat.
Melissa and Dana’s writing is truly exceptional. The attention to detail and emotion they put into this book is incredible. The scenes are vividly described, leaving the reader feeling like they are right there experiencing everything alongside the characters. However, be warned, this book is not for the faint of heart. The descriptions of gore and violence are not for the squeamish.

But for those who can handle it, this book is a rollercoaster ride of emotions. There were moments where I wanted to throw up, but I say that with the best intentions. The authors’ ability to elicit such strong reactions from readers is a testament to their writing skills. This book will leave you feeling disturbed, scared, and completely enthralled.
As someone who typically prefers happy endings, I was hesitant to read this book. But I’m glad I did. The twists and turns kept me guessing until the very end. And I have to say, the ‘love her and die’ concept in this book takes the stalker trope to a whole new level. The dude’s obsession with the main character is both terrifying and intriguing.
I will admit, I am not a huge fan of blood and gore in my entertainment. But this book has converted me. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s a book that will stay with you long after you finish reading it. It’s a book that I will be recommending to all my friends, with a trigger warning, of course.
On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give this book a solid 4. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is because of my personal aversion to excessive gore. But for those who enjoy a good scare and don’t mind a bit of blood and violence, this book is a definite 5.
